Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. For patients who received oral tracheal intubation, fixation methods such as 3M bandages, gauze, dental pads or oropharyngeal ventilation tubes should be used; 3. The patient or their family members agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Before intubation, there was pressure injury to the oral mucosa, and there was a pathologically confirmed primary disease of the oral mucosa or drug-induced dermatitis; 2. Patients with immune deficiencies, those using immunosuppressants, and those with facial and dental deformities; 3. Intubation time is less than 48 hours.
