Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have worked full-time in various departments of hospital logistics for more than 6 months; 2. Directly participate in logistics support services (such as security, cafeteria, cleaning, etc.); 3. Weekly working hours: 30 hours or more; 4. Have been continuously employed for more than or equal to 1 year; 5. Voluntarily participate in the survey questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-logistics staff; 2. Employees assigned by an outsourcing company but not directly managed by the hospital; 3. Personnel on long-term sick leave or vacation; 4. Those who are simultaneously involved in other occupational mental health intervention programs; 5. Those with a history of severe mental illness or those currently taking related medications.
