Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 13-14 years old, second grade junior high school students; 2.healthy, able to participate in sports activities, and no contraindications to participate in sports activities; students and their parents agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 3.students can participate in the complete assessment when the baseline assessment of body self-esteem and self-efficacy is completed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students with major physical or mental illnesses, such as severe cardiopulmonary disease, cognitive impairment, etc., who are unable to participate in physical activities; 2. students who have not completed the baseline assessment or lost follow-up during the intervention period; 3.students or parents who refuse to participate or withdraw consent; 4.students who have significant adverse reactions to the experimental intervention.
