Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.For women diagnosed with PLPP, the diagnostic criteria are shown in Figure 1; 2. Pregnant women who underwent prenatal examinations and hospital treatment at our hospital; 3.The gestational weeks selected based on the ISUOG guidelines: 22w - 24w; 4. 20 <= age <= 40 ; 5. Clear thinking and good language expression ability, able to communicate in Mandarin; 6.Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of adverse pregnancy outcomes (more than 3 miscarriages of various types, premature birth, perinatal death, birth defects, ectopic pregnancy, trophoblastic diseases, etc.); 2.Scarred uterus, uterine fibroids or ovarian cysts; 3. Assisted reproductive pregnancy; 4. Thrombocytopenia (PLT 30-50×10^9/L), severe anemia (Hb 40-60g/L), coagulation dysfunction and other hematological diseases; 5. Preeclampsia; 6. Multiple pregnancies; 7. Premature rupture of membranes; 8. Placenta of the former; 9.Cervical insufficiency or cervical shortening, after cervical cerclage surgery; 10. Pregnancy-induced hypertension diseases; 11. Type 1 diabetes or poorly controlled gestational diabetes; 12.Fetal growth restriction; 13. Epilepsy or hyperthyroidism; 14. Physical defects;15.Unassessed arrhythmia or heart disease with hemodynamic changes; 16.Severe or pathological obesity or extremely low weight (body mass index < 12); 17.Pregnant women with severe mental illness; 18.Pregnant women with history of lumbar spine surgery or other spinal diseases; 19.Pregnant women with other medical conditions that are not suitable for exercise.
