Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age and gender: Select male volunteers aged between 18-30 who have participated in long-term sports training. 2.Sports experience and training status: Participants are required to participate in competitive sports events for at least 2 years, with a minimum of 15 hours of training per week and a regular training schedule. 3.Health condition: Good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Participants: 1. Age under 18 years; 2. Resting heart rate >100 beats per minute; 3. Blood pressure 140/90 mmHg; 4. Oxygen saturation <=95%; 5. History of hospitalization in an intensive care unit (ICU); 6. Presence of any disease or clinical symptoms requiring medical intervention; 7. History of diseases involving the heart, liver, kidneys, respiratory system, or other major organs; 8. Use of other nutritional supplements prior to the study; 9. History of fracture, joint surgery, or chronic tendinitis (e.g., Achilles tendinitis, patellar tendinitis) within the past 6 months. Special Circumstances During the Experiment: Participants who, due to injury, illness, competition, or other unforeseen circumstances, are unable to consistently participate in the experiment or complete the prescribed training and testing protocols must withdraw immediately. Injury or illness may impair physical performance, while competition stress may affect psychological status and physiological indicators, thereby compromising the validity and reliability of experimental data. Adverse Reaction Management: If participants experience severe adverse reactions during the experiment and are medically assessed as unfit to continue, they must immediately discontinue participation and receive timely and appropriate medical care. The health and safety of participants are the paramount principles of this study.
