Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological Diagnosis: Primary patients with high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC) confirmed by histopathological examination. 2.Specimen Source: The specimens were obtained from surgical or biopsy samples provided by The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. 3.Treatment History: Platinum-sensitive group (10 cases): Patients with a progression-free survival (PFS) of>=6 months after initial platinum-based chemotherapy. Platinum-resistant group (5 cases): Patients whose disease progressed or recurred within <6 months after initial platinum-based chemotherapy. 4.Clinical Data: Patients with complete clinicopathological data (including age, FIGO staging, chemotherapy regimen, imaging, and follow-up data, etc.). 5.Specimen Quality: The formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue specimens were well-preserved and suitable for pathological staining and analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma subtypes (such as mucinous, endometrioid carcinoma, etc.). 2.Metastatic ovarian cancer or cancer of unknown primary origin. 3.Patients with missing clinicopathological data or incomplete follow-up information. 4.Poor specimen quality (e.g., insufficient tissue, improper fixation, or severe degradation).
