Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with the diagnosis of heart valve disease; 2. Undergo mechanical heart valve replacement surgery; 3. Taking warfarin for more than half a year; 4. Patients keep their own medications. 5. Informed consent to this research and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with language barriers, those who are unable to communicate or interact normally
