Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Histological classification diagnosis was carried out according to WHO classification; 3.None of the patients received surgery or chemoradiotherapy before MRI examination; 4.The preoperative head MRI data were complete, including routine sequences and functional imaging sequences; 5.Glioma and brain abscess confirmed by surgery or stereotactic biopsy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Glioma and brain abscess confirmed by surgery or stereotactic biopsy; 2.Glioma previously treated, recurrent or with meningeal metastases; 3.Lack of information on specific gene mutation status; 4.Too much bleeding in the lesion affects the measurement;

3D-APT (amide proton transfer imaging) histogram parameters of the edema area around the lesion and the central pus cavity (cystic transformation) area.;
