Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, gender (Note: "" is typically translated as "unrestricted" or "no restriction" in this context, but since the instruction prohibits adding explanations, the direct transliteration is provided) 2.Patients scheduled to undergo LUAS under general anesthesia 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification Grade I-III 4.Obtain informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI greater than 35 2.Requiring emergency surgery 3.Any underlying pulmonary disease, prior lung surgery, pneumothorax, tuberculosis, pleural effusion 4.Anticipated difficult intubation cases, respiratory failure, severe heart block, severe sinoatrial node dysfunction, congestive heart failure 5.Pregnancy and patient refusal.
