Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with obstetric cards in Shanghai first maternity and Infant Health Hospital; 2.singleton pregnancy,subjects aged 19-40 years; The inclusion criteria of pregnant women with high birth weight risk; 3. obesity or overweight during pregnancy, pregnancy diabetes, or having a history of "high birth weight" delivery; 4. The increase in uterine height and abdominal circumference during physical examination exceeds 2 standard deviations from the average of the same gestational week, or is above the 90th percentile. The sum of the height of the uterine fundus and abdominal circumference exceeds 140cm, and the fetal development index is above+3 (excluding twins or polyhydramnios). B-ultrasound examination of fetal head biparietal diameter >= 10cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe birth defects, premature infants, infants born with low birth weight (<2500g) or smaller than gestational age, in addition, to avoid confounding factors, high-risk pregnant women with macrosomia but non macrosomia birth outcomes are also excluded; 2. Patients with mental disorders/intellectual disabilities or related family history; 3.Patients with severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy after birth; 4.Patients with severe motor disorders in children (cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, etc.); 5. Patients with mental illness and currently taking psychotropic drugs.
