Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients scheduled for elective urological surgery; 2. Age >= 65 years; 3. Expected surgery duration >= 1 hour; 4. ASA classification I-III; 5. Planned site for electrical stimulation has intact skin, without scars, rashes, or ulcers; 6. Informed consent obtained from the patient and family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological or psychiatric disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, or mental illness, with severe hearing or vision impairment; 2. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <24 after correction; 3. Arrhythmias requiring treatment before or during hospitalization; 4. Presence of a cardiac stent or pacemaker; 5. History of cerebrovascular accident, traumatic brain injury, or intracranial space-occupying lesions.
