Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Inpatients who visited the Hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital and were clearly diagnosed with hepatobiliary system diseases (such as intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, hepatic cysts, cholecystitis, liver cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, etc.); 3. Agree to take standardized images and sign the informed consent form; 4. Complete biochemical test results (such as bilirubin) can be obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent or comply with the requirements of the study; 2. Suffering from conjunctival congestion or other eye diseases, with obvious facial occlusion, swelling, injury, or wounds, scars, swelling and other interfering factors in the palm area; 3. With severe underlying diseases or concurrent malignant tumors of other systems; 4. Image acquisition that does not meet quality requirements;
