Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered practicing nurses working in pediatric internal medicine, pediatric surgery, neonatology, pediatric intensive care unit, neonatal intensive care unit and other wards; 2.Informed consent, voluntary participation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who underwent training, rotation, and vacation during the investigation period; 2.Nurses engaged in non clinical frontline nursing work such as research nurses and nursing managers;
