Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with primary lung cancer by organized pathology or cytology; 2. Treatment regimen based on immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs); 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Patients clearly understand their condition and agree to participate in this study and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical conditions who cannot continue treatment; 2. Those with concurrent failure of other organs such as liver and kidneys; 3. Those with concurrent other malignant tumors; 4. Vulnerable groups such as patients with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, pregnant women, and disabled individuals; 5. Patients currently participating in interventional studies.
