Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older 2. University student 3. Agrees to the intervention plan (signs confirmation form) 4. Has a history of physical activity 5. Not a student in a rehabilitation or health care program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years of age 2. Disagree with the intervention plan (do not sign the confirmation form) 3. Mental illness 4. Physical illness (unable to participate in physical fitness tests) 5. Drop out/take a leave of absence/no longer agree to participate
