Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patient 1.Age >= 18 years, all genders. 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM) or Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) as per the China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes (2024 Edition). 3.Disease duration >= 3 years, with a treatment regimen of insulin >= 2 times/day or oral hypoglycemic agents >= 1 time/day. 4.Normal cognitive function (Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 27), fluent verbal expression, and no reading impairment. 5.Willing to participate and provide written informed consent. Nursing staff 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Level N2-N4 in the Endocrinology Department (N2 = Nurse, N3 = Charge Nurse, N4 = Senior Nurse), with at least 1 year of experience in diabetes care; 3. Responsible for blood glucose monitoring, insulin injection guidance, or nursing management for diabetes patients, and have participated in at least one blood glucose management quality improvement project; 4. Normal cognitive function, good communication skills, and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for nursing staff 1. Advanced practice nurses and rotating nurses (insufficient job stability); 2. Those with severe physical or mental illnesses who cannot complete the interview; 3. Those who have not directly participated in blood glucose management for diabetes patients in the past 3 months.
