Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : ( 1 ) unilateral primary cementless total hip arthroplasty ; ( 2 ) The surgical method was posterolateral approach ; ( 3 ) Only TXA was used as an anti-fibrinolytic drug during the perioperative period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : ( 1 ) bilateral total hip arthroplasty ; ( 2 ) Incomplete imaging or clinical data ; ( 3 ) The follow-up time was less than 1 month ; ( 4 ) Hip revision surgery.
