Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. First prescription of semaglutide at our hospital, with regular follow-up and medication management; 3. Complete blood counts (including EOS) and lipid data before and after treatment; 4. Complete demographic information, including sex, age, height, weight, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory or other systemic infections within the past 4 weeks that may affect eosinophil levels; 2. Concurrent use of medications that may significantly impact eosinophil levels (such as corticosteroids, anti-IL-5 monoclonal antibodies, etc.); 3. Participation in other interventional clinical trials that may affect the inflammatory state; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
