Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The histopathological diagnosis was primary oral cancer; 2. Patients who are undergoing radical surgery for oral cancer for the first time; 3. The patient's age is >=18 years old; 4. The patient gives informed consent, participates voluntarily and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients readmitted to the hospital due to tumor recurrence or accompanied by other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with severe systemic diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, etc. 3. Those with severe cognitive dysfunction, dementia, mental illness, or serious psychological trauma or stress disorders.
