Intervention Group:Participants in this group will receive five consecutive weekly 1 hour educational sessions in a group setting in a conference room at XMH. Participants will be divided into two gro
2) being a dementia caregiver
3) caregiver self-care
4) providing everyday care

5) dealing with behavioral symptoms of dementia.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible family caregivers have to be: 1) 18 or older; and 2) a primary caregiver of a CMHP respondent with dementia for one year or longer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Interested participants who have medical and/or psychiatric disorders that may compromise their participation in group-based education sessions will be excluded.
