Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of the patient conforms to the guidelines related to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and ischemic stroke; 2.Having general communication skills; 3.Received clomipramide genotype testing; 4.Agree to comply with the requirements of the research protocol and sign informed consent; 5. No age limit;
