Ashworth score of muscle tension of all major muscle groups in lower limbs = 20; 5. Informed consent has been obtained from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure; deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities; respiratory failure; active liver disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Hip extension PROM, knee flexion PROM, ankle dorsiflexion PROM;Passive torque of the hip flexors, quadriceps, and triceps surae;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Balance function (measured by Berg scale and TUGT test);10-meter walking speed test, 6-minute walking distance test;Strength of the stretched muscle group (measured by isokinetic dynamometer) and spasticity (measured by modified Ashworth scale);
