Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective heart valve replacement surgery; 2. ASA classification II-IV; 3. Cardiac function classification (NYHA) II-IV; 4. Aged 18-65 years, any gender; 5. Body mass index less than 30 kg/m^2; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study after understanding the purpose, methods, and related information of this research, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals allergic to or contraindicated for phosphorylated propofol disodium, opioids, medium/long-chain fat emulsions of propofol, or their components; 2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or poorly controlled hypertension; 3. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh C or eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73m^2); 4. Severe cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine disorders, or history of hematologic diseases; 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders, chronic alcoholism, or using benzodiazepines or opioids; 6. Patients with difficult airways: Mallampati grade III or higher.
