Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke via CT or MRI; 2. Age >=65 years; 3. Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate with catheter placement; 4. Normal esophageal and gastrointestinal function; 5. Good nutritional status; 6. Patient and family have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Feeding disorders not caused by stroke; 2. Structural abnormalities or organic lesions in the oral-pharyngeal, neck, or esophageal regions; 3. Tendency to bleed; 4. Hypersensitive pharyngeal reflex; 5. Mental abnormalities; 6. Changes in nutritional status within the past month, such as weight loss, decreased hemoglobin, etc.
