Conditions

To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) of CAIX-PET/CT in the diagnosis of the primary lesion of ccRCC, with postoperative histopathology as the gold standard.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Clinical and enhanced CT/MRI highly suspected renal cell carcinoma, and planned partial nephrectomy or radical nephrectomy; 3.Or it is confirmed by biopsy as advanced ccRCC and systemic treatment is planned; 4. The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form; 5. Renal function allows for enhanced CT examination (eGFR > 30 mL/min/1.73m^2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Have a history of allergy to any component of the imaging agent; 3.At the same time, they have other active malignant tumors; 4. Unable to tolerate PET/CT examinations (such as claustrophobia, inability to lie flat for 30 minutes); 5. Any other circumstances that the researcher deems unsuitable for participation in this study.
