60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of falls 41 points indicates low risk of falling; 4. No limitations in daily living; 5. Able to stand and walk independently, with no obvious cognitive impairment; 6. Vision and hearing sufficient to meet the requirements of the study; 7. Voluntarily participates and signs an informed consent form; 8. Age >= 60 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe balance disorders; 2. Neurological disorders (such as Parkinson's disease, stroke sequelae, etc.); 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disorders or skeletal muscle disorders; 4. Vertigo or inability to adapt to VR equipment;
