Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical staff (doctors, nurses and laboratory technicians) aged between 22 and 65 who have worked full-time in a hospital for one year or more, and family members of anesthesiologists. 2.Those who have signed the written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Immunocompromised or immunodeficient 2.Antibiotic use within 7 days prior to the study
