Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The samples were collected from patients with newly diagnosed prostate cancer or benign prostatic hyperplasia who had not undergone any drug treatment or surgical treatment. 2. Each clinical sample should be fresh enough (50mL). 3. All samples should have the corresponding basic clinical information, including: sample ID number (medical record number, contact number and hospitalization number), gender, age, PSA test results, chemical exposure history, family history of prostate cancer and clinical diagnosis information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Samples with missing information such as sample number (medical record number or hospitalization number, etc.), gender, age, and clinical diagnosis; 2. Hematuria, chyluria and obviously cloudy samples; 3. The sample size was less than 50ml.
