Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the criteria of "Bone and Joint Injury" and confirmed by imaging; 2. All are fresh vertebral fractures; 3. Follow-up data were complete;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. =>=3 segmental vertebral fractures; 2. Previous history of spinal surgery; 3. Systemic infection or coagulopathy; 4. Hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. People with mental illness; 6. Surgery or anesthesia are contraindicated;
