18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years, regardless of gender. 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for Acute Pancreatitis (AP). 3.Abdominal pain lasting no more than 48 hours. 4.Presence of Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS), defined as meeting two or more of the following:Heart rate >90 beats/min;Body temperature 38°C;White blood cell count 12×10^9/L;Respiratory rate >20 breaths/min or PaCO2 <32 mmHg. 5.Conscious and capable of independent decision-making. 6.The patient or their legal guardian has been informed of the study and provided signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Patients unable to comprehend, tolerate, or cooperate with clinical specimen collection. 3.Patients who developed acute lung injury within 48 hours of symptom onset. 4.Patients with long-term use of cytotoxic drugs, immunosuppressants, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy; history of drug addiction; or neuropsychiatric disorders. 5.Patients with oral ulcers, periodontitis, oral infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial asthma, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, severe pneumonia, or acute pulmonary embolism. 6.Patients with comorbidities such as malignant tumors, ketoacidosis, or thyroid dysfunction. 7.Patients with incomplete clinical data.
