19 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of conventional osteosarcoma. 2. Age between 19 and 40 years, inclusive. 3. Meets the indications for neoadjuvant chemotherapy per the CSCO guidelines (2024 version). 4. Scheduled to receive or has undergone preoperative neoadjuvant therapy following diagnosis. 5. Availability of tumor specimens (from pre-treatment diagnostic biopsy and subsequent surgical resection). 6. Availability of a complete pathological report. 7. Voluntarily enrollment and provision of signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refused to sign the informed consent form. 2. Presence of concomitant severe systemic diseases, other malignancies, etc. 3. Any prior treatment with cytotoxic chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, biotherapy, or radiotherapy for any reason. 4. The planned neoadjuvant therapy regimen deviates from the protocols defined in this study. 5. Any other condition deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for enrollment.
