Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the criteria for obesity; 2. School-age children aged 6-12 years old; 3. Normal language and cognitive functions, with basic listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities; 4. Clear consciousness and good mental state; 5. Voluntarily participating in this study, with the guardian signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with secondary obesity; 2. Children with congenital metabolic or genetic diseases; 3. Children with severe hepatic, renal, or cardiac insufficiency; 4. Children with infectious diseases such as AIDS and tuberculosis; 5. Children taking medications that affect glucose and lipid metabolism; 6. Children with locomotor system diseases who are unable to perform exercise; 7. Children who have received major weight loss interventions (such as drug-based weight loss or surgical weight loss) within the past 3 months, or who are participating in other professional weight loss programs that have not yet concluded; 8. Children with serious bad habits, such as heavy smoking or alcohol abuse; 9. Children whose guardians are unable to cooperate.
