18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18–80 years with primary nasal pterygium extending 2–4.5 mm onto the cornea; 2.No prior pterygium surgery; 3.Axial length 22–28 mm; 4.Complete pre- and post-operative data sets from both IOLMaster 700 and Pentacam must be available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pseudopterygium or recurrent pterygium; 2.Patients with coexisting ocular conditions such as glaucoma, uveitis, lagophthalmos, or corneal abnormalities; 3.Patients with a history of ocular trauma or prior intraocular surgery; 4.Patients unable to cooperate with ophthalmic examinations or with incomplete imaging data.
