Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of common osteosarcoma; 2. The Ennecking staging of osteosarcoma is stage II and III; 3. Not treated with chemotherapy, other tumor related drugs, or surgery; 4. Those who agree to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgical treatment, and postoperative chemotherapy; 5. Age range from 0 to 75 years old, gender not limited; 6. Expected survival period is greater than 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors; 2. Those who do not receive treatment and undergo regular check ups during follow-up; 3. Those who have poor compliance and refuse to sign informed consent forms; 4. Individuals with severe coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.
