Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults (>=18 years of age) with suspected or newly diagnosed urologic tumors. 2.Willing and able to provide informed consent for prospective data collection. 3.Obtained sufficient tumor tissue samples to be able to cooperate in completing postoperative follow-up investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid other malignancies (within 5 years) who have received prior chemotherapy or targeted therapy for malignancy; 2.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3.Those with other serious heart conditions such as heart failure, heart attack, or severe allergies who cannot tolerate chemotherapy or immunotherapy; 4.Incomplete clinical and imaging data and follow-up information. 5.Presence of contraindications to organoid culture;
