Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years 2. Conscious and able to accurately express personal intentions and feelings 3. No psychiatric disorders (e.g., diagnosed with schizophrenia, severe depression, etc.) 4. No difficulty opening mouth or oral trauma 5. Possesses basic reading and writing ability, able to cooperate with data collectors 6. Voluntarily participates after providing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those diagnosed with severe cognitive impairment and those unwilling to participate
