Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 to 80 years old; 2.Unilateral primary middle or lower ureteral urothelial carcinoma (confirmed by imaging and ureteroscopic biopsy); 3. Meets the EAU 2023 high-risk definition; 4. Voluntarily accept KSS or RNU, and have the technical feasibility confirmed by MDT discussion; 5.Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple foci or involvement of the renal pelvis and upper ureter; 2.Bilateral UTUC; 3.cN+ or M1; 4.Previous ipsilateral upper urinary tract surgery; 5. Combined with other malignant tumors; 6.Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 7.No follow-up is possible.
