Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with stroke by clinical evaluation and comprehensive imaging examination met the diagnostic criteria formulated at the 2014 National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference; 2.Age: 18-80 years old, male and female, right-handed; 3.First attack; disease course of more than 1 month; 4.Brunnstrom grade III to IV; 5.Can tolerate an evaluation process for half an hour to one hour; 6.The subjects and their legal guardians understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form together;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary disease who cannot tolerate rehabilitation treatment; 2.Patients with diagnosed mental illness, major depression (suicidal tendency) or epilepsy, and family history of mental illness or epilepsy; 3.There are serious systemic diseases such as uremia and heart failure; 4.Severe joint contractures; 5.Have any condition that causes impaired consciousness; 6.Defects in hearing or vision may affect assessment and treatment; 7.Drugs that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex (antiepileptic drugs, sedative hypnotics, etc.); 8.Severe pain, mental disorders;
