Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Undergo ultrasound-guided thermal ablation treatment. (2) Preoperative thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4) is basically normal. (3) Preoperative thyroid autoantibodies (TPOAb, TgAb) are negative or of low titer (clearly excluding active autoimmune thyroiditis as the main cause). (4) Preoperative thyroid echogenicity is disordered. (5) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Known to be allergic to selenium. (2) Severe dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney. (3) Active infection, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease (except stable Hashimoto's disease with negative/low titer anti-thyroid antibodies). (4) Pregnant or lactating women. (5) Recently (within < 3 months) used selenium supplements, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants or drugs that may affect thyroid function. (6) History of previous thyroid surgery or ablation.
