Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients aged 18 years or older; 2. New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class II-IV; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction >=50%; 4. N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide >125 pg/ml; 5. Left ventricular hypertrophy and/or left atrial enlargement or left ventricular diastolic dysfunction; 6. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute decompensated heart failure, requiring intravenous diuresis, vasodilator, or inotropic therapy in the past 1 week. 2. Major cardiovascular surgery in the past 1 month. 3. Various serious diseases that affect the clinical course of the subject, such as acute and chronic liver disease, severe renal impairment, severe infection, severe anemia, and history of malignant tumors. 4. Any disease other than heart failure that in the opinion of the investigator has a life expectancy < 1 year. 5. Unable to comply with the study evaluation time for regular follow-up, or is not suitable for the trial according to the clinical judgment of the investigator.
