Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years old; 2. Diagnosed with pneumonia (meeting clinical or imaging criteria); 3. Inpatients; 4. Those who can cooperate with functional assessment; 5. Participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severely disabled individuals with an ADL score of 40 or less; 2. Those who are taking medications that may cause debilitating symptoms; 3. Those with severe cognitive impairment or who are unable to cooperate with the assessment.
