Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty 2.Aged 65-80 years, regardless of gender 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of total knee arthroplasty 2. History of severe cardiopulmonary underlying diseases 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction 4. History of allergy to anesthetics and local anesthetics 5. History of severe mental illness 6. Coagulation dysfunction 7. Long-term use of analgesic drugs
