Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for neuroimmune diseases: multiple sclerosis (criteria follow the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis: 2017 McDonald's Standard Revision), optic neuromyelitis spectrum disorders (standards follow the 2025 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of optic neuromyelitis Spectrum Diseases) ; Myasthenia gravis (the criteria follow the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Myasthenia Gravis (2025 Edition)") 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with other neurological diseases or serious mental illness; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney function or dysfunction of other vital organs; 4. Due to poor compliance of patients or healthy volunteers, or incomplete clinical and imaging data, they could not cooperate with the investigation.
