Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal healthy volunteers aged 25 to 50, with normal weight (BMI: 19 to 24 kg/m^2); 2. Unconscious disorder, cognitive disorder, and normal communication skills; 3. Sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a history of smoking, cancer and long-term drug use; 2.Raynaud phenomenon; 3.People with claustrophobia; 4.Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; 5.There is contrast agent allergy; 6.Implantable medical electronic instruments such as pacemakers; 7.There are medical electronic instruments such as artificial heart to maintain life or wearable medical electronic instruments such as electrocardiograph.
