Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pathologically confirmed locally recurrent pancreatic cancer (PDAC) treated with ¹²5I seed implantation 2. Medical records including baseline CT/MRI, pain score (NRS >=4) and at least 3-month follow-up records 3. patients voluntarily signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local recurrence with distant metastasis (AJCC stage IV) 2. Missing medical record data (e.g., no efficacy assessment or follow-up notes) 3. patients were unwilling to sign the informed consent form
