Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Undergo coronary CTA examination after admission; 3. Hospitalized patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-hospitalized patients; 2. Patients with previous coronary angiography with stent implantation or coronary artery bypass grafting and other cardiac revascularization procedures; 3. Patients with incomplete or significantly biased Agatston scores in CCTA examination; 4. Patients with incomplete personal information; 5. Patients with severe or allergic reactions to iodinated contrast agents; 6. Patients unable to cooperate with the scanning protocol; 7. Patients with hemodynamic instability, decompensated heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, or a history of renal dysfunction.
