Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-80 years. 2. Group 1: Diagnosed with ocular diseases but have not received any intervention; Group 2: Diagnosed with ocular diseases and are receiving treatments; Group 3: Apparently healthy with no history of eye trauma/surgery. 3. Agree to join the study by signing written assent and/or informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to have blood/tears/aqueous humor/vitreous humor taken; 2. Non-detectable EVs in the sample; 3. For Group 3: History of systematic diseases or any abnormal findings in ophthalmological examinations
