18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prehypertension (systolic blood pressure 120-139mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 80-89mmHg); 2. 18-65 years without cardiovascular diseases and hypertension; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. The total score of the Functional Movement Screening (FMS) is less than 14. 3. Abnormal exercise stress test: peak SBP >220mmHg or DBP > 10mmHg; ST segment depression >=2mm or angina; malignant arrhythmias (ventricular tachycardia, multiform premature ventricular contractions, etc.); maximum oxygen consumption < 5METs. 4. Uncontrolled diabetes, hyperthyroidism, retinal hemorrhage/glaucoma, etc; 5. Regular exercise for the past 3 months.
