Observational group:According to the AKI criteria, definitions and groupings are as follows: The baseline Cr value is defined as the most recent Cr measurement on the day of surgery or within 7 days p

or a creatinine increase to >=4.0 mg/dL (>=354 µmol/L), or a 3.0-fold increase from baseline, or initiation of renal replacement therapy (Stage 3). Otherwise, it is defined as normal. Patients are cla

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 18; 2. Normal renal function before the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete data 2. Age greater than 18 years 3. Hepatorenal combined transplantation, short survival period (death within 3 days) 4. Repeated liver transplantation 5. Unplanned reoperation within 7 days post-surgery
