Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years old; 2. The diagnosis was consistent with 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for T2DM; 3. Be able to follow and understand the research process, and be willing to sign the informed consent for this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nondiabetic-related cardiomyopathy, such as primary cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, tumor treatment history; 2. Severe renal failure (estimated creatinine clearance <30 ml/min/1.73 m^2); 3. Contraindications to MR imaging; 4. The treatment regimen includes sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT-2i); 5. Refused CMR examination.
